A Simple Path to a Perfect Report
SIWES AI Pro is designed to make writing your industrial training report as easy as possible. By providing key information about your internship, you can leverage our powerful AI to generate well-written, detailed sections for your report. Follow these steps to get started.
Step 1: Fill in Your Information
The form on the main page is divided into several steps. Navigate through them using the "Next" and "Previous" buttons. The more details you provide in your student, company, and technical info, the better the AI can tailor the report for you.
Step 2: Use the AI Magic Wands
Throughout the form, you'll see buttons with a sparkle or wand icon. These are your AI assistants.
- Generate Buttons : Next to many fields, you'll find a "Generate" button. If you're stuck, click it! The AI will provide a detailed suggestion for that specific field based on the other information you've already entered.
- Generate Profile & Diagram : Use the larger "Generate" buttons to create company profiles and organizational charts automatically.
Step 3: Customize Your Report
As you fill out the form, the Report Preview on the right side of the screen updates in real-time. What you see is what you'll get.
- Add Images: Click the "Add Image" boxes in the preview to upload your own screenshots, photos, or diagrams for different sections of the report.
- Edit Captions: Click on any figure caption (e.g., "Figure 1.1: ...") to edit it directly.
- Settings: Use the "Settings" button in the header to adjust typography, margins, page numbering, and the cover page style.
Step 4: Finalize and Download
Once you have filled in all the required fields and are happy with the preview, click the "Finalize & Pay" button.
- This action deducts the fee from your wallet and saves a permanent copy of your report to your Profile.
- From your profile, you can download the report as a print-ready document. You get multiple downloads in case you need to make changes and re-download.
